Thank you for choosing Sora2 Api. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Refund Policy outlines how to request and receive a refund for subscriptions and credit packages.
1. Refund Request Period
- Subscriptions: Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused subscription time.
- Credit packages: Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase if credits are unused.
2. Eligibility Conditions
- Subscriptions: Only the unused portion of the subscription is eligible for a refund.
- Credit packages: Credits must be entirely unused (no video generations run with those credits).
- Submit requests via email to support@sora2-api.com with your account email, order ID, and refund reason.
- Bonus or promotional credits are not eligible for refunds.
3. Refund Processing
- We review refund requests within 5 business days of receipt.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
- PayPal refunds typically appear within 1–3 business days after processing.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Credits that have been used to generate videos with Sora2 Api.
- Subscription fees after the 14-day window (monthly subscriptions will not auto-renew after cancellation).
- Purchases made more than 6 months ago.
- Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
5. Partial Refunds
For partially used subscriptions, refunds are calculated as:
- (Unused subscription time ÷ Total subscription period) × Original amount − Value of any used credits
